About the Job
Staiman Recycling is hiring a Scale House Operator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Weigh and purchase inbound scrap, obtaining required information from customers for all transactions.
- Record and document weights and customer information in the company software. (Rimas)
- Provide quality and friendly interactions with customers.
- Review transactions daily.
- Perform other duties as required by management.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Experience:
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate weighing,
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping purposes.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
